Tape Extrusion

Equipment: A LOREX E120B.1400 Tape Extrusion PP Tape Stretching Plant from LohiaCorp Limited and a Gravimetric Batch Blending and Conveying System for 6 components by Aerodry Plastics Automation Pvt Ltd.

Our tape extrusion setup is designed to produce high-strength polypropylene tapes, forming the backbone of our woven fabrics. The LOREX E120B.1400 provides exceptional stretching capabilities, ensuring uniform quality across all products.
With the Aerodry Gravimetric Blending System, we achieve precise blending of up to six components, enhancing product consistency and allowing us to tailor tape properties to meet specific client requirements.

Fabric Weaving

Equipment: Circular shuttle looms (LSL 6, LSL 620, LSL 8) and Sulzer looms from Lohia Corp.

Our circular shuttle looms ensure smooth, high-speed weaving of tapes into durable, high-quality fabric. The advanced technology of the Lohia Corp looms guarantees consistent fabric strength, ideal for our range of packaging products.

The Sulzer looms, known for their precision, allow us to create intricate weave patterns, optimizing the fabric's properties for diverse industrial applications while ensuring minimal defects and wastage.

Our AMTRAC Needle Looms produce durable belts with high tensile strength, essential for heavy-duty packaging solutions. This ensures our products remain reliable, even under the most demanding conditions.

With our 90mm Extrusion Coating Plant, we laminate fabrics up to 2.2 meters wide, providing excellent barrier properties and enhancing product lifespan.  we deliver customizable, professional-grade packaging that meets diverse client needs.

Our JUKI Lock Stitch machines ensure secure, uniform stitching for high-strength bags, adding to their load-bearing capacity. The heavy-duty build of these machines makes them perfect for handling thick, woven fabrics with ease.

The versatility of our chain and Hiracle stitch machines allows us to produce a wide variety of stitching patterns, reinforcing product edges and seams for maximum durability during transport and storage.

Packing

Equipment: Baling Press of 35/40/50 MT and Baling Press of 120 MT / 140 MT.

Our high-capacity baling presses pack products efficiently, reducing storage space and optimizing logistics. This streamlined process ensures that our products are securely packed, minimizing damage during shipment.

With presses ranging from 35 MT to 140 MT, we have the flexibility to handle different packaging volumes, catering to small-scale orders and bulk shipments alike.
